![]() Toronto, June 6 (Canadian-Media): A Seniors Special Precursor Event to International Day of Yoga Celebration would be held on June 12, 2017 in Etobicoke, Ontariao, a press release reports said. The event will be held at Sringeri Vidya Bharati Foundation (Canada) at 80 Brydon Dr., Etobicoke, ON, M9W 4N6 between 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia, Consul General of India, Toronto, Honorary Patron and Satish Thakkar, Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Yoga Day Canada (IYDC) and Minister of Seniors Affairs Dipika Damerla, send their invitation to attend this event. The practice of yoga underlining the adage ‘It’s never too late to start yoga’ will be commenced by Hazel McCallion, the former Mayor of Mississauga. Dr. Madan Bali, 93-year-old yoga master from Montreal and the Chairman of the Indo Canadian Seniors Foundation of Quebec, will be recognized and honoured for his lifelong dedication to the practice of yoga.
