Photo Credit: Facebook About 30,000 Hydro clients are without power as of Sunday 8 a.m. Many flights from Trudeau airport, both departure and arrival have been cancelled and travellers are advised to check with the air port authorities about the status of their flight before planning to arrive at the airport. A freezing rain warning is in effect for the Eastern Townships and Sherbrooke has experienced 40 millimetres of rain since Saturday. A winter storm warning is in effect in Quebec City, with 25 centimetres of snow and ice pellets expected and strong winds up to 90 km/h.
