Ottawa, Feb 11 (Canadian-Media): Of 200 requests, 185 Canadian passengers departed from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of Coronavirus infection, on a Canadian chartered flight Monday, will also be housed at the military base in Trenton, Ont. for two weeks' quarantine, media reports said.

According to the latest figures released by WHO, 319 infections had been confirmed in 24 countries outside China with one death in the Philippines.
108 new coronavirus deaths on the mainland were reported in China reported on Monday, up from 97 on the previous day and taking the total to 1,016.
A total of 135 cases of the virus infected passengers including 71 Canadians of a cruise ship quarantined in Yokohama, near Tokyo with other sick passengers being from Australia, England, Japan, the Philippines, Ukraine and the U.S.
In spite of the rise outbreak of Coronavirus no immediate plans were in effect to impose stronger border controls or isolation protocols, said Canada's chief public health officer, Theresa Tam Monday.
Warnings have been issued by Global Affairs Canada against on-essential travel to China and Canadians now in China are suggested to leave China if their presence there isn't critical.
