Washington, Feb 26 (Canadian-Media): Roaring assaults were faced by Bernie Sanders for much of Tuesday night in Charleston, S.C. were faced by Democratic rivals for his electability of the upcoming president election in the United States of America, media reports said.

Sanders was verbally abused for his softness toward gun-makers by former vice-president Joe Biden who said Sanders's position "has caused carnage on our streets."
Meanwhile, another rival, Pete Buttigieg criticized Sanders for his self-described democratic socialism as well his comments of admiration for Cuban dictator Fidel Castro's push for education.
"I am not looking forward to a scenario where it comes down to Donald Trump with his nostalgia for the social order of the 1950s and Bernie Sanders with a nostalgia for the revolutionary politics of the 1960s," Buttigieg declared.
Throughout Tuesday night, Sanders had been pointing to polls that showed him beating the Republican president.
Bloomberg pointed to reports that Russia was interfering in the election to help Sanders, while
Senator Amy Klobuchar verbally attacked Sanders' chief policy priorities.
Senator Elizabeth Warren said she would be a able to get more progressive policies passed and would be better president than Sanders.
